This agreement does not acknowledge any relationship between you and EVISU Online Europe (partnership, collaboration, employment, or otherwise). It does not entitle you to hold yourself as a representative of EVISU Online Europe.
EVISU Online Europe reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and this TOS at any time. You are advised to check the Site from time to time to check the update or changes to the said policies and TOS.

Place an Order
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have successfully received your order. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted as all orders are subject to approval. Ownership of the consignment passes to the customer when EVISU Online Europe has received full payment. The consignment will be at customers risk from the time of delivery.
All items are subject to availability. We will be in contact if any of the items you ordered become out of stock.
During our sale periods, it may not be possible to fulfill every order and some may be cancelled without notification due to the high volume of transactions.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait until the item is returned to us before issuing a refund for cancellation. But if you contact us before dispatch then we can issue a refund and cancellation immediately.
We will take extra care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at all times. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product
Price on product page does not include 20%VAT which will be shown on checkout page.

UK - Shipping cost is £6.50
Delivery prices may vary depending on weight for Europe and Russia excluding the UK.
Orders to Russia will be shipped using DHL who guarantees that most goods will arrive at their destination within 3-7 working days. (Exceptions may apply during promotional periods.)

We currently ship orders with import delivery duties paid (DDP) to Russia. This means all import duties are included in your order, so the price you see is the final price you pay. You will not receive an additional duty charges during the delivery.
Unfortunately due to Russian regulations, we will be unable to refund duties and taxes on shipments into Russia
Track an Order
When your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirming dispatch with the tracking number included. The tracking number will be active after the order has been collected by the delivery company.
If you place an order after 2pm Friday, you will not see any tracking updates until your package has been collected from us the following working day.
In accordance with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulation, you have a right to return your order within 14 days after you receive the items.
All returned items must be in original and resalable condition (all tickets and price tag must be attached).
- To return the items, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and please ensure that the items are securely packaged. Complete and place a return address label on the parcel.
- We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or similar method of shipping which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched.
- Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.
- Please state that the parcel is a 'Returned Items'
- Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded.

Faulty items and Received incorrect items
All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your order number for a return authorization. All return items should return to us within 15 days after confirmation. Any problem reports made after 24 hours will not be honoured.

All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent, in the original packages and have all original hanging tags, Return Guarantee Tag, extra buttons, hangers, plastic wrap, if any. Please state that the parcel is a 'returned Item'. In case of damage caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no warranty or refund is provided. This also applies to damage caused by wearout.
Upon receipt the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. The shipping cost of sending incorrect / faulty & damaged item(s) will be fully refunded. Shipping, taxes and duties’ costs on replacing faulty or damaged item(s) will not be charged to you after the initial delivery.
EVISU reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent without the Return Authorization Number and proof of postage.
