How long does delivery take?

All UK domestic orders placed before 12pm (GMT BST) are guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery via DHL. This is dependent on stock availability and exceptions may apply during promotional periods. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT BST) on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and delivered the following working day.  

European orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx and will arrive at their destination within 1-3 business days.  

Orders to Russia will be shipped via Royal Mail and will arrive at their destination within 5-10 working days but this can vary depending on customs clearance.  

Please note that they might be import duties and taxes which are chargeable to you. For further information please check with your local customs office

How much is delivery charge?

All UK domestic orders are shipped via DHL Next Working Day Delivery at a cost of £6.50.  

Delivery prices may vary depending on weight for Europe and Russia excluding the UK.

Up to 1.0kg: £15.00
Between 1.1kg and 2.0kg £17.00
Above 2.1kg £25.00

Russia
Up to 2.5kg £25.00
Unable ship orders above 2.5kg  

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

 

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirming dispatch with the tracking number included.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can follow the delivery progress of your order via each delivery company's online tracking system.

Please note the tracking number will be active after the order has been collected from us by each delivery company.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most European countries. If your shipping address is outside of Europe, please visit our worldwide website evisu.com/worldwide or contact us at info@evisu.com

Do you ship to PO Box address?

Currently, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to security reasons.

Which payment method do you accept?

EVISU Online Europe accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UK Maestro, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Solo. We also accept Paypal.

What currency will I be charged?

You will be charged in £ Sterling (GBP). The amount shown on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card supplier. Please note the rate used by your Bank or Credit Card supplier may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.

 

Placing an Order

How do I know if my order is successful?

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming we have successfully received your order. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted as all orders are subject to approval. If there are problems with stock availability or a security issue with your payment, we'll contact you immediately by e-mail.

Faulty items and Received incorrect items

We take extra care to process your order but if you receive a faulty item, please contact info@evisu.com. We will respond as soon as possible and advise you on how to deal with this problem. Please contact us before sending the item back.

If you receive an incorrect item, please send the item back to us; on receipt of these we will send you the correct item. The cost of shipping the incorrect item back will be fully refunded to you.

Can I collect my order at retail store?

Yes, we offer a store collection service, which can be collected from our store at Box Park. Please contact us at info@evisu.com with the subject heading," in-store collection with order number" (without quotes) to arrange a time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we are able to issue a refund and cancellation of your order immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait until the item is returned to us before issuing refund for cancellation.

How can I check if the item is in stock?

If you would like to find out whether a particular product is in stock, please contact us via e-mail info@evisu.com.

What is your return policy?

In accordance with the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulation, you have a right to return your order within 14 days after you receive the item.

All returned items must be in original and resalable condition (Garment label and price tag attached).To return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged, complete and has a return address label on the parcel.

We recommend that you send the package back to us by Recorded Delivery or a similar method which provides proof of delivery and tracking. Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for unwanted items.

How long does it take to process returns?

We'll try to process your return as soon as possible and you will be informed by e-mail once your return is completed. This process takes 1-3 working days.

You haven't refunded me delivery charges

Please be aware that we do not refund delivery charges for unwanted items returned back to us.
